Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or India Speed Post.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days from:

  • The date of order confirmation, or
  • Successful payment confirmation,

unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.


Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location,
  • Courier availability,
  • Public holidays,
  • Weather conditions, or
  • Other factors beyond our control.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Thalir Puthagam shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, delivery confirmation and shipping updates may be shared through your registered email address or mobile number.


Shipping Charges

Any shipping or delivery charges applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where:

  • The wrong product was delivered,
  • The product was damaged during transit, or
  • The return/refund request has been approved by us due to an error on our part.
