  • The product should not contain any physical damage caused after delivery;

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged book,
  • A defective item,
  • An incorrect product, or
  • A product significantly different from the description on the Platform,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to share photographs or videos of the product for verification purposes.

After inspection and approval, we may provide:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund,

depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return or exchange request.

If approved after our quality check:

  • Exchange requests will be processed subject to stock availability;

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, including services such as PhonePe and Cashfree.
